Poster Guidelines

Below you will find the practical information for poster presenters.
If there are any changes, this page will be updated, so we kindly encourage you to check it on a regular basis.

Schedule poster presentations

Due to limited poster capacity at the venue, posters cannot remain displayed for the entire congress. Therefore, all posters may be mounted on two days, ensuring sufficient space for attendees to view all posters. All poster presenters are asked to present their posters during their assigned poster session. The presentation details below mention the day and time your poster is scheduled to be presented. Your presentation time slot is final and cannot be changed due to programming constraints.

The poster presentation sessions will be for 30 minutes. All posters to be presented will be divided into groups of 4/5 posters for a poster walk. Depending on the number of posters per group, you will have about 5 minutes for your presentation (including Q&A).

The full poster presentation schedule of posters to be presented in each session is available here.
