We are delighted to welcome you to the 21st Congress of the European Burns Association (EBA),
taking place from 3 to 6 September 2025 in Berlin, Germany!

Below you will find all essential information to prepare for your congress participation.
If there are any changes, this page will be updated, so we kindly encourage you to check it on a regular basis.

Opening hours registration desk:

Tuesday 2 September: 14:00-17:00 hrs
Wednesday 3 September: 08:00-18:30 hrs
Thursday 4 September: 07:30-18:30 hrs
Friday 5 September: 07:30-18:00 hrs
Saturday 6 September: 07:15-12.00 hrs

You will receive your name badge, lanyard, and program overview at registration.
Please have your Registration ID ready when you collect your materials. The congress secretariat will provide your registration ID.

All name badges for participants and oral/poster presenters will be available at the registration desk, corresponding with your registration ID.
Invited speakers, EBA Board members, EBA committee members and sponsors: please report to the Invited Speaker / Sponsor desk to collect your name badge.

Opening hours cloakroom and luggage
The registration area offers a secure luggage storage facility on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Social Activities

Welcome Reception

Wednesday, 3 September
Estrel Berlin – exhibition area.
The welcome reception is included in the registration fee. All participants are warmly invited to join.

Congress Dinner (pre-registration required)

Friday, 5 September
If you’ve registered for the Congress Dinner, it will be marked on your name badge. Take your badge to the dinner, it’s your entrance ticket!
Not registered yet, but interested in joining? Please ask for availability at the registration desk .

Dietary requirements

Onsite catering is informed about all dietary requirements that have been submitted.

Lunch: a special buffet will be available for all requested dietary requirements.
Social events: please report to the catering staff for assistance.

Please note that when submitting your request after Friday, 29 August 2025, we cannot guarantee that on-site catering can accommodate all possible allergies/dietary requirements.

Mobile app

Available as of 1 September: EBA 2025 mobile app!

A mobile app is available for your phone during EBA 2025. This app lets you access the full program including all abstracts, posters, and more from your mobile phone!

All participants will receive an invitation to download the app, on Monday, 1 September at the latest. After downloading the app, you can create an account using the email address where you received the invitation.

After downloading the app, remember to enable push notifications to stay up-to-date and not miss any news regarding EBA 2025!
