We would like to alert all our members and participants to possible scams and strongly advise you to only use the official booking links on the EBA 2025 congress website for registration and hotel accommodation.
We have been alerted to fraudulent attempts targeting EBA 2025 participants. These fraudsters are impersonating the EBA congress to steal personal and financial information, particularly regarding congress registration and accommodation bookings. They claim to handle registration and accommodation on our behalf, but this is FALSE. They may offer incorrect pricing, request credit card details, or provide fake invoices. Therefore, we strongly advise you to use only the official links on the EBA 2025 congress website for your bookings. If you are unsure whether a message or offer is officially related to the congress, please do not hesitate to contact the congress secretariat.

Although the program has not yet been published, you can register for 2025. You can access the registration form via the button below. After registration we will process your registration as quickly as possible.
Only persons who became EBA members before 1 July are entitled to the discounted member’s fee.

Group registration
Are you planning to register multiple participants for the EBA 2025? Please send an email to registrations@congresscare.com. The organization provides you with a separate registration link to register your participants. You will receive 1 invoice for your group.
*Resident or Student
- The resident fee applies to physicians in training to be specialists.
During registration, a proof of residency is required. - The student fee applies to those enrolled in a full-time study program.
During registration, a student card is required. The student fee does not apply to PhD students.
*Low income countries
Low income/lower-middle-income economies according to the World Bank listing available at the website of the World Bank.
Please calculate your registration fee according to the World Bank listing.
Upper-middle-income countries are considered as High-income countries.
Payment
Individual registrations can be paid by credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa).
Group registrations can be paid by invoice or by credit card.
Cancellation terms
If your written cancellation is received before July 14, 2025, a refund will be made after deduction of 30% administration costs. After this date your registration is binding and the costs are due in full. Transferring your registration to a colleague is still an option. Please contact the conference secretariat for this.
